It all really depends. Most full website designs take 6-8 weeks from start to launch. Website refreshes typically take 4-6 weeks. The timeline depends on the scope of the project and how quickly you can provide feedback. We'll create a realistic timeline during your consultation. I always do my best to meet your timeline needs.

Generally, yes. Many clients start with rough drafts or even just an outline. I offer basic copy editing as part of all the packages, and full copywriting is available as an add-on. We'll work together to shape your content into something polished and professional. In order to start the design, all writing content needs to be mostly finalized so we can creatively build out your pages.

Yes, projects are broken up into milestones. To start a project, or be added to the waitlist, a 50% deposit is required. An additional 25% payment will be due 2-3 weeks after the project starts, and the final 25% payment is due prior to the full launch.

While I have Wordpress skills and knowledge, I do not offer Wordpress site creation or extra page development. While there are many reasons why, the main one is that Wordpress requires constant maintenance and updates that will cost you money, unnecessarily. I aim to keep your costs low in the long-term. I do offer monthly maintenance packages and small updates to already existing Wordpress sites.

Logos and full branding make my brain glitch out, so I’m not the best person for these services. In the future, I hope to add trusted designers who specialize in these crucial elements. For now, these items will need to be completed with an outside designer.

Sorry, I don’t offer rush options. I usually have a waitlist of projects and this would push other folks behind in the queue, which I feel is unfair. In order to maintain the timeline quotes I give each client, rush orders cannot be accommodated.

Absolutely! I create sites that are easy to maintain. You'll be able to update text, swap images, and make basic changes. If you’re interested in DIY after launch, I offer training consultations so you can learn how to do it on your own. I also offer ongoing maintenance packages if you'd rather not deal with it.

If you’re looking for A La Carte Services, it’s often possible to fit you in within a week or two. Smaller projects are easier to squeeze into my schedule. Send me a message and I’ll let you know.

If you’re looking for a fully- or re-designed website, probably not. I only book 1-2 large projects per month so I have limited availability. I’m happy to get you on the waitlist and offer a realistic timeline to start your project.

No! I want you to have full control of your website after launch. I’m happy to support with updates and maintenance, but when we work together you have full control of your website, domain, and hosting post-launch.
